Standard Shipping — USPS Ground Advantage We ship all orders using USPS Ground Advantage as our standard service. • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days • Includes tracking • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to USPS delays, weather, or holidays

Shipping Rates We offer free shipping, additional Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination. 

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect Addresses Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, we are happy to assist you in contacting USPS. However, USPS does not allow us to file a claim until the package is officially considered lost. We will work with you throughout the process to ensure the best possible outcome.

Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
